Our company provides professional assistance tailored to digital self-publishing ecosystems, delivering agreed outputs based on selected service packages. Deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be outlined in written proposals or order confirmations issued before project commencement and payment clearance.
Clients represent that all submitted materials are original or properly licensed and do not infringe intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of content, factual claims, and compliance with platform guidelines relevant to your chosen publishing destination or jurisdictional requirements.
Service fees are determined by selected packages or customized proposals and must be paid according to agreed schedules. Unless otherwise specified in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, reflecting allocation of professional time, resources, and operational capacity commitments.
All intellectual property rights in final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, templates, or methodologies retained by the company. We reserve the right to reference completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless restricted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including profits.
Either party may terminate services in writing if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable period. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies in competent courts.
